When emailing us about an issue or suggestion, including the following helps us resolve it quickly:
- Your browser and operating system (e.g. Chrome on macOS, Safari on iOS).
- The color mode used (Exact Invert, Comfortable Dark, OLED Black, Warm Night, or Printable).
- A brief description of what happened versus what you expected.
Privacy Reminder: Because all conversions happen locally in your browser, we do not have access to your documents. Please do not attach sensitive, personal, medical, or confidential PDFs to your email.
